How do customers pay?
Customers pay when they collect (pickup) or cash on delivery. You take payment at the counter or at the door, exactly like a phone order — no payment gateway setup needed.
Do I need to buy a tablet or extra hardware?
No. Online orders appear on the POS and kitchen display you already run.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Point a subdomain like order.yourrestaurant.com at your MezbanPOS ordering page with a simple DNS setting — we'll guide you through it.
Who does the delivery?
You do — your own riders, your own delivery charge, your own delivery area. MezbanPOS records the address, delivery charge, and rider assignment on each order.
What if I only want pickup orders?
You choose: pickup only, or pickup + delivery. Toggle it in your dashboard settings.
Does it work if my internet goes down?
Your POS keeps running fully offline. Online orders queue in the cloud and appear as soon as your connection returns.
Is this a foodpanda replacement?
It's a direct channel alongside it. Many restaurants keep delivery apps for discovering new customers and use their MezbanPOS link for regulars — where the commission savings are biggest.
